Marlecha & Associates is hiring an Advocate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Bhayandar. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting and reviewing legal documents, court and tribunal representation, legal research, and providing legal advice. The role also includes client liaison, preparation of case strategies, and staying updated on relevant legal amendments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Conducting legal research on assigned matters.
• Representing clients before courts and tribunals.
• Providing legal advice to clients.
• Liaising with clients and preparing case strategies.
• Staying updated on amendments to laws and regulations relevant to the practice.

Eligibility

• Relevant law degree and a valid licence to practice as an Advocate.
• 1–2 years of experience in courts.
• Experience in court representation, advocacy, and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary/Stipend
