Details of the Job/Internship

Maximus Legal is hiring Legal Interns for onsite internship opportunities for the months of April and May at their office in Greater Kailash–1, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial, corporate, civil, and criminal litigation matters.
• Support intellectual property rights litigation, including trademark prosecution and copyright filings.
• Draft and vet agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
• Assist in arbitration, mediation, and due diligence processes.

Eligibility

• Third year and above (5-year law programme).
• Second year and above (3-year law programme).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
