Details of the Job/Internship
Meenakshi Yadav & Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role involving handling legal matters across matrimonial, civil, and criminal law. The role also includes significant work related to POSH compliance, such as advisory services, statutory compliance support, and conducting awareness and training sessions for organisations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse case precedents.
- Represent clients before courts and relevant legal forums.
- Assist organisations with POSH compliance and Internal Committee processes.
- Support and conduct POSH awareness and training sessions.
- Manage litigation documentation and case preparation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Women candidates may be preferred due to the nature of work involving POSH compliance.
