Details of the Job/Internship

Meenakshi Yadav and Associates is hiring an advocate to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. The advocate will do the overall compliance under the posh act for the firm clients.
• As the main job is related to the sexual harassment act, the woman advocates are preferred. 

Eligibility

• Skilled in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Proficiency in legal procedure and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Experience in the Indian legal system is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
