Mehta Law Chamber is hiring an Advocate with basic court-practice experience for daily court work across District Courts of Delhi and the High Court of Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Filing cases and applications.
• Taking adjournments and appearing in routine matters.
• Basic drafting including applications, replies and other miscellaneous documents.
• Daily court appearances in District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.
• Coordination with court staff and clerks.

Eligibility

Advocates with basic court-practice experience who are responsible, sincere and willing to grow in litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
