Details of the Job/Internship

The Chamber of Mohit Negi is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling cases before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
• Support litigation matters specifically before the NCDRC, NCLT, and NCLAT.
• Conduct detailed legal research on commercial and civil disputes.
• Draft and review legal pleadings, applications, and written submissions.
• Assist in corporate advisory tasks and the preparation of legal opinions.
• Manage case files and coordinate with registry officials at various forums.

Eligibility

• Fresh law graduate (Batch of 2025).
• Ability to join the chamber on an urgent basis by 01 February 2026.
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
• Foundational knowledge of civil and commercial laws.
• Commitment to a career in litigation.

Salary/Stipend
