Details of the Job/Internship
M/s Aequiitas Legalisis is hiring Full-Time Advocates with 0–5 years of experience to join their office in Andheri West, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before the High Court, City Civil Court, MM Courts, DRT, Co-operative Courts, Family Courts, MHADA, SRA, Labour Courts, and other forums.
- Conduct drafting, legal research, case preparation, and filing work.
- Handle non-litigation assignments including IPR, real estate, registrations, and compliance tasks.
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, and opinions.
- Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, and negotiations.
- Maintain case files and stay updated on legal developments.
Eligibility
- Eligibility 0–5 Years PQE
- LL.B. from a recognised law college.
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of court procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple matters responsibly.
