Details of the Job/Internship
Nikte & Nikte Advocates is hiring experienced Junior and Senior Advocates with 5–10 years of experience to join its core legal team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before civil courts, tribunals, and forums.
- Manage case filings, submissions, and hearing preparation.
- Draft legal notices and handle arbitration or mediation matters.
- Respond to forum complaints and advise clients on non-litigation civil issues.
- Handle revenue and cooperative society matters, including mutations and appeals.
- Draft, vet, and register conveyancing and property-related documents.
- Liaise with revenue offices, government authorities, and cooperative bodies.
Eligibility
- Advocates with 5–10 years of practical legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, documentation, or government liaison work.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and communicate clearly.
- Commitment to professional growth and long-term learning.
