Details of the Job/Internship

Nikte & Nikte Advocates is hiring experienced Junior Advocates with 5–10 years of practice to join their legal team in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• 5–10 years of real, on-ground legal experience.
• Confident in court procedures, legal drafting, documentation, and liaising with government authorities.
• Committed to ethical practice and professional growth.

Eligibility

• Appear in civil courts and tribunals; assist with case preparation and filings.
• Draft legal notices, manage mediation, and handle non-litigation civil issues.
• Work with revenue offices, manage appeals, and compliance for housing societies.
• Draft and vet sale deeds, lease agreements, and other property documents.
