Details of the Job/Internship
NTNL Infra Projects India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Advocate to join its office in Himayatnagar. This is a full-time hybrid role with partial work-from-home options, involving legal advisory, drafting and review of legal documents, representation in legal proceedings, compliance with applicable laws, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution, while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on organisational matters.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle dispute resolution and case management.
- Develop legal strategies and support stakeholders on legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher qualification in legal studies.
- Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to conduct legal research and manage dispute resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements and corporate regulations.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
