Nyay Adhyay is hiring for the position of Advocate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, petitions, and court filings.
- Represent clients before the Gujarat High Court and other relevant forums.
- Provide legal consultations and advice across multiple domains.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Handle cases involving civil disputes, criminal matters, immigration, property, and more.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high ethical standards and client confidentiality throughout proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat.
- 1–3+ years of experience in litigation, with proven expertise in civil, criminal, and property disputes.
- Proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to justice, integrity, and professional ethics.
Salary/Stipend
