Role and Responsibilities
Legal advocacy, contract review, dispute settlement, and giving the organization legal counsel will all fall under the Advocate's purview. Representing Oraiyan Groups in court and making sure rules are followed are part of the job.
Eligibility
- Skills in contract evaluation, legal advocacy, and dispute settlement
- Proficiency in offering legal counsel and representation Understanding of real estate laws and rules
- Excellent negotiating and communication abilities
- Capacity to function well in a group setting
- A bachelor's degree in law or a similar discipline and prior real estate industry experience are advantageous.
