Details of the Job/Internship

Patel’s Advisory is looking for an Advocate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing litigation processes, representing clients in various courts and regulatory forums, providing legal advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse areas such as property law, corporate law, and intellectual property.
• The Advocate will collaborate with clients to resolve disputes, execute recoveries, handle arbitration, and prepare documentation for various legal and regulatory matters. Coordination with clients, legal teams, and authorities will also be a key aspect of this role.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration.
• Proficiency in drafting Legal Notices, Contracts, and legal documentation for regulatory purposes.
• Knowledge of Property Law, Corporate Law, Consumer Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with regulatory bodies such as RERA, CIDCO, and MIDC is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and enrollment as an Advocate under the Bar Council of India.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in legal practice or a law firm.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
