PNK Legal is hiring Advocate with the experience of 3 year to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to general commercial laws, labor laws, real estate law, and intellectual property.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters pertaining to their business operations, employment practices, real estate transactions, and intellectual property rights.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant legal instruments.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents related to commercial, labor, real estate, and intellectual property laws.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive legal services are provided to clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing general commercial laws, labor laws, real estate law, and intellectual property.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
