Role and Responsibilities
- Draft petitions, complaints, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings and trials before the High Court, Supreme Court, DRT, and NCLT.
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development.
- Handle client communication and relationship management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree and active Bar license.
- 2–3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
