PP International School is hiring an Advocate to join its office in New Delhi. The role involves handling legal documentation, contracts, regulatory compliance matters, and providing legal advisory support within the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal documentation and contract-related matters.
- Support regulatory compliance activities.
- Conduct legal research and analyse applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advisory support and assist in negotiation and representation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Eligibility
- Strong legal knowledge including experience in legal documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to analyse laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and representation.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional experience in an advisory or legal capacity, preferably in the education sector, is a plus.
- Relevant legal certifications and a degree in Law from a recognised institution.
