Details of the Job/Internship
PP International is hiring for the position of Advocate with 2-3 years of experience to join their campus in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of legal documents including petitions, plaints, complaints, affidavits, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
- Representing clients in various forums, including the High Court, Supreme Court, DRT, NCLT, and other tribunals.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and developing case strategies.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Assisting in case preparation, briefings, and coordination with senior counsels when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council and license to practice law in India.
- 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to higher judiciary and tribunals.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and argumentation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary/Stipend
