PP International School is hiring an Advocate (In-House Counsel – Litigation) with experience of 2–6 years to join their office in Pitampura, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appearing before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities on behalf of the organization.
• Handling end-to-end litigation, including drafting, filing, and arguing cases.
• Coordinating with external counsel where required.
• Providing legal advice on ongoing and potential disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Supporting internal stakeholders with legal opinions and risk assessment.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice.
• 2–6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Experience in civil, commercial, or corporate litigation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle court appearances.

Salary/Stipend
