The Railway Claims Tribunal is hiring an Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Jabalpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the Railway Claims Tribunal.
• Handle legal proceedings and claims against the Railway Administration.
• Conduct legal research and analyse relevant legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
• Prepare and present cases before the Tribunal.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and procedural requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Valid license to practice law.
• Strong understanding of legal processes, advocacy, and litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage workload and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in claims or railway-related matters is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
