RAJ & SV Law Firm is hiring an Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Saharanpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and assist in developing case strategies.
• Collaborate with the legal team to execute legal tasks effectively.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and legal writing.
• Experience in court representation, argumentation, and case management.
• Proficiency in client interaction, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of legal procedures, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• LLB or equivalent qualification with valid Bar Council registration.
• Prior experience in corporate or civil litigation preferred.
