Rajan J. Patel Advocate Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling cases related to Property Law, Land Cases, Child Custody and Adoption, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. The Advocate will also advise clients in real estate matters and assist with complaints or appeals before the RERA Authority.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle cases related to Property Law, Land Cases, Child Custody and Adoption, Family Law, and Criminal Defense.
- Provide legal advice in Real Estate matters.
- Assist clients with complaints or appeals before the RERA Authority.
Eligibility
- Expertise in Property Law, Land Cases, and Family Law.
- Experience in Criminal Defense and Bail Matters.
- Knowledge of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in handling complex legal cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
