Details of the Job/Internship

Rignàya & Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Mumbai. The Advocate will be responsible for handling client cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court or arbitration proceedings. The role also involves providing legal advice, collaborating with team members on case strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle client cases and represent clients in court or arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
• Engage in client meetings and prepare documentation.
• Manage case files effectively to ensure timely resolution of disputes.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, and Dispute Resolution.
• Strong litigation and arbitration skills.
• Effective communication, presentation, and client handling abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for case management.
• Bar Council membership and authorization to practice law in India.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate or commercial law is an added advantage.
