R&P Legal Associates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and prepare pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and liaise with clients.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to build strong cases.
- Stay updated on laws and ensure compliance with best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M).
- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in India.
- Strong expertise in legal drafting, pleading, and representation.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis of complex legal issues.
- Skilled in client communication and case management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian legal systems and laws.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage client relationships.
- Prior experience in litigation, corporate law, or a relevant legal domain is advantageous.
