Details of the Job/Internship
Rushiraj Group is hiring an Advocate to join its Nashik office in a full-time, on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and policies in English and Marathi.
- Handle documentation related to real estate and construction projects.
- Liaise with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
- Represent the organisation in legal proceedings when required.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on business matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage litigation matters and maintain proper legal records and documentation.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with legal developments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. is mandatory; LL.M. is preferred.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is required.
- Strong drafting skills in English and Marathi.
- Sound knowledge of real estate and property laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage.
