Sachan Law Associates OPC Pvt Ltd is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Kanpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and provide legal advice.
• Liaise with clients and manage cases effectively.
• Analyze case law and prepare case strategies.
• Ensure accurate interpretation and application of legal principles.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M) from a recognized institution.
• Valid membership with the Bar Council of India.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
