Details of the Job/Internship

Samvād Partners is hiring experienced lawyers with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Dispute Resolution team in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Advise clients on insolvency and bankruptcy-related proceedings.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Eligibility

• 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution.
• Strong expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency.
• Working knowledge of Kannada is a significant advantage.

Salary/Stipend
