Sandros Law Offices is hiring an Advocate with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Chandigarh. This is a full-time role involving providing legal advice, researching legal precedents, drafting contracts and legal documents, representing clients in legal disputes, maintaining client relationships, and supporting litigation matters in collaboration with the legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Research legal precedents and conduct case analysis.
- Draft contracts, legal documents, and court filings.
- Represent clients in legal disputes.
- Maintain client relationships and provide litigation support.
- Collaborate with the legal team to resolve cases efficiently and professionally.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with Bar Council membership.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate, criminal law, and taxation matters.
- Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and court filings.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong advocacy and representation capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work in compliance with legal standards and ethical obligations.
