Sapmita Naturals Private Limited is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
• Liaise with external legal authorities.
• Monitor and interpret relevant legal developments.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance processes.
• Expertise in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in managing legal documentation and operations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Advanced degree or certifications in legal fields are a plus.
