Details of the Job/Internship

SD Jain & Associates Law is hiring an Advocate with experience of 1–2 years to join their practice in Mumbai. This is a full-time role where the Advocate will independently handle matters before Mumbai courts, primarily for banks and financial institutions. The position is responsibility-driven and suited for candidates who are comfortable making decisions, learning on the job, and managing matters end-to-end. The work model is primarily work from home, with frequent travel to courts and client offices.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle matters before Mumbai courts.
• Represent banks and financial institutions.
• Work on matters under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
• Handle cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Manage proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
• Work on matters under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act.

Eligibility

• Advocates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Freshers with strong court exposure may also apply.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
