Details of the Job/Internship

SD Jain & Associates Law is hiring a full-time Advocate to join its Mumbai-based practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle litigation matters before Mumbai courts.
• Represent banks and financial institutions in legal proceedings.
• Handle matters under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
• Work on cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Manage proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and Payment and Settlement Systems Act.
• Coordinate with clients and attend courts and client offices as required.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience, or freshers with strong court exposure.
• Ability to independently manage matters and take responsibility.
• Comfort with fast-paced work and learning on the job.

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, plus incentives and travel allowance.
