Shetye Estates is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Bicholim, Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role involving handling legal responsibilities related to property matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal counsel, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and representing the organisation in real estate-related matters. The role involves working closely with a professional team in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal counsel on property and real estate matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the organisation in property-related legal matters.
- Support the organisation on legal issues arising in real estate operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification, with a valid license to practice law.
- Strong knowledge of property and real estate laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
- Prior experience in real estate or property law is preferred.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
