Details of the Job/Internship
Shreeyash Associates is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Pune. The role involves assisting in litigations before RERA and REAT, civil courts, Registrars (Cooperative Society), cooperative courts, and related forums, along with conducting case research, drafting plaints and arguments, and supporting ancillary services relating to major land laws. The ideal candidate will contribute to smooth functioning of matters while demonstrating eagerness to learn.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in litigations before RERA and REAT.
- Assist in litigations before civil courts, Registrars (Cooperative Society), cooperative courts, and related forums.
- Conduct case research and draft plaints and arguments.
- Support ancillary services relating to major land laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 3–4 years of experience.
- Preference for candidates who have opted for Land Laws as a subject.
- Familiarity with law and land laws.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- Good drafting and legal writing skills.
- Sound knowledge of legal procedures and functioning of courts and tribunals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
