Details of the Job/Internship
Solace Law Practice is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Advocate will represent clients in legal proceedings, prepare and manage legal documentation, provide legal advice, conduct legal research, ensure compliance with applicable laws, interact regularly with clients, collaborate with internal legal teams, and maintain case records.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in courts and other legal proceedings.
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documentation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal teams and interact with clients on a regular basis.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Registration with the Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, research, and case management.
- Expertise in litigation processes, legal analysis, and advocacy.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal statutes and court procedures.
- Experience in commercial, civil, or criminal law is beneficial.
