Role and Responsibilities
- Handling IPR litigation.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Managing dispute resolution.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IPR matters.
- Actively practicing in Delhi High Court and other Delhi courts.
- Strong track record in litigation, drafting, and dispute resolution.
