Details of the Job/Internship

SS Laws Attorneys & Solicitors is hiring an Advocate with expertise in civil law and legal documentation to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil matters and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, deeds, and contracts for registration.
• Provide legal opinions on property documentation.
• Handle compliance and regulatory matters.
• Participate in mediation and arbitration.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• Specialization or advanced qualification in law preferred.
• Strong experience in civil law, legal drafting, and litigation.
• Familiarity with property law and registration documentation.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Prior experience in mediation, arbitration, or corporate law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
