Details of the Job/Internship
SSK Partners is hiring Advocates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Representing clients before High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, DRAT, and DRT.
- Handling commercial litigation, arbitration, and company law matters.
- Assisting in insolvency, recovery, civil, and tax cases.
- Collaborating with partners and team members on case strategy.
Eligibility
- Advocates with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
- Currently based in Chennai.
