Thakur & Sinha Law Offices LLP is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves providing legal advisory services, representing clients in litigation and legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services to clients.
• Represent clients in litigation and legal proceedings.
• Draft legal documents and prepare case materials.
• Conduct legal research related to matters handled by the firm.

Eligibility

• Professional degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Strong skills in legal research, legal documentation, and drafting.
• Knowledge and experience in litigation and client representation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to deadlines and priorities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
