Role and Responsibilities
- Handle tax disputes and provide legal counsel on economic laws.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Research case law and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with legal teams.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Direct Taxation and Economic Laws.
- Previous experience or interest in handling tax disputes and legal matters.
- Experience in drafting legal documents.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Legal degree from a recognized institution.
- Enrolled in a Bar Council.
