Details of the Job/Internship
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate at The Law Chambers of Banusekar in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
The Advocate will be responsible for handling complex tax disputes, providing expertise on economic laws, and representing clients in legal proceedings related to taxation and financial matters.
Eligibility
- Experience in handling tax disputes and legal proceedings would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Benami Transactions Prohibition and Black Money laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Advocate license from the Bar Council of India.
