The Law Chambers of Banusekar is hiring an Advocate with experience of 0 to 3 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Advocate will be responsible for handling tax disputes, providing legal counsel on economic laws, and representing clients in legal proceedings related to taxation and economic regulations.
Eligibility
- PQE 0-3 years in litigation (Preference given to experience in direct tax law and allied economic laws).
- Legal research and analysis skills.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
