Details of the Job/Internship

Time Law Firm is hiring for the position of Advocate to join their office in their Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before High Courts, RERA, NCLT, Co-operative Courts, and other forums.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case law analysis.
• Advise clients on civil, matrimonial, real estate, cheque bounce, media, and corporate legal issues.
• Handle case file management, documentation, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and team members on complex legal strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations, offering sound legal guidance.
• Support the firm’s work on international contracts and cross-border matters (preferred).

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India and authorized to practice law.
• Practical experience in civil, matrimonial, real estate, media, cheque bounce, and corporate legal matters.
• Proven ability to appear and argue in various courts and tribunals.
• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with international legal contracts is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
