Details of the Job/Internship

TR Legal Associates is hiring for the profile of an Advocate with 0-10 years of experience. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• As an Advocate at TR Legal Associates, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients.
• Day-to-day tasks may include researching case law, drafting legal documents, appearing in court, and negotiating settlements before High courts, Sessions courts, CBI courts, family courts, magistrate courts, labour courts, tribunals, other courts & forums.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
• 0 - 10 years experience in courts.
