Details of the Job/Internship

Trimurti Group is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including lease and development agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive title searches and provide formal title opinions for land acquisition.
• Handle and resolve legal disputes through negotiation and effective counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with RERA and all other relevant real estate legislation.
• Research case laws and statutes to provide strategic advice on land development matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address project-related legal issues.
• Interpret and enforce legal requirements specific to the construction industry.
• Maintain all legal and property-related documentation accurately.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) is advantageous.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience, specifically in the real estate or construction industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in property documentation, title search, and land development laws.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be up to 30 years of age.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Around ₹16 Lakhs per annum.
