Details of the Job/Internship
Tvamev Prime Associates is hiring an Advocate with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients actively in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters.
- Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and various applications.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analyze case laws to build strong legal strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and represent the firm's interests in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients across diverse industries and practice areas.
- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
- Manage case files effectively and ensure procedural compliance for all court filings.
- Advise clients on legal risks and provide innovative solutions to resolve complex disputes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active practice.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in all forms of litigation and ADR.
- High proficiency in legal drafting, research, and contract preparation.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
