Details of the Job/Internship

Unimarks Legal is hiring an Advocate with 1–3 years of experience in trial courts or the High Court to join their litigation team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent and argue cases in courts and consumer commissions under senior’s instructions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Draft and review agreements and contracts.
• File civil and criminal suits across different jurisdictions.
• Appear in courts and manage litigation independently.
• Coordinate, brief, and support counsels engaged by the firm.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of legal practice, independently or as a junior.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, especially consumer-related matters, preferred.
• Strong courtroom presence, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
