Utkarsh Global Foundation is hiring an Advocate for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and assistance to the organization.
- Draft legal documents and offer guidance on compliance and legal rights.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Conduct research on legal issues.
- Handle agreements and contracts.
- Ensure organizational practices align with local, regional, and national legal standards.
- Demonstrate strong skills in legal drafting, legal research, and legal analysis.
- Possess knowledge of compliance, contracts, and agreements.
- Exhibit experience in advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Eligibility
- Educational background in Law (LLB or higher) with relevant certifications.
- Experience or interest in non-profit organizations, social justice, or public welfare is an advantage.
