Vaishnaoi Group is hiring an Advocate to handle legal matters and provide legal advice at their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and solutions.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Advise management on legal implications.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Master’s degree in Law or related field.
- Member of the Bar Council of India.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Experience in real estate, automobile, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
