Details of the Job/Internship

Vape Escape is seeking an India-qualified white-collar crime litigator at a junior or mid-level for a defined and paid mandate in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Confirming the status of an already-filed criminal and cyber complaint.
• Executing FIR escalation or filing a court application under CrPC 156(3) or BNSS 175(3).
• Filing complaints with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for misrepresentation and corporate misconduct.
• Handling matters related to forged electronic records, including e-signatures.
• Providing proof of filing and complete documentation.

Eligibility

• Practising advocate in white-collar crime, economic offences, or cyber crime.
• Familiarity with MCA filings and corporate misconduct matters.
• Execution-focused approach rather than advisory-only.
• Ability to file matters before the relevant court in Chandigarh.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
