Details of the Job/Internship
VENSO Law Offices LLP is hiring an Advocate to join their office in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The role includes drafting legal documents, representing clients before the District Courts, Guntur and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, conducting legal research, interpreting laws and regulations, advising clients, preparing case strategies and collaborating with the team to resolve legal matters efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and agreements.
- Represent clients before District Courts, Guntur and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
- Conduct legal research and interpret laws and regulations.
- Advise clients on legal matters and prepare case strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve legal issues.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements.
- Strong legal research and statutory interpretation skills.
- Experience in court representation and litigation processes.
- Ability to develop case strategies and advise clients effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of diverse legal areas and Indian legal frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with Bar Council enrollment.
- Prior experience is an added advantage.
