Details of the Job/Internship

Vidhivat Legal Consortium is hiring Advocates specializing in Conveyancing and Registration to collaborate with the firm on a fee-sharing basis. The role is ideal for independent practitioners handling drafting, scrutiny, and registration of property documents who wish to expand their professional exposure through structured collaborations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet Sale Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, Development Agreements, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct title verification and prepare detailed title search reports.
• Coordinate with sub-registrar offices for document registration.
• Advise clients on stamp duty, registration processes, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with builders, developers, and individual clients for conveyancing documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
• Minimum 1–3 years of active practice in conveyancing, property law, or documentation work across registration offices in the Pune region.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi (reading and drafting).
• Sound understanding of the Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act, and related procedural laws.
• Knowledge of Maharashtra e-registration process and IGR portal workflows.
• Ability to draft and interpret property-related agreements independently.
• Strong attention to detail, client communication, and professional ethics.
